Terms & Conditions – Spray Coating Services

These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between the Contractor (referred to as

“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the Client (referred to as “you” or “your”) for spray coating

services provided at residential or commercial properties.

1. Scope of Work

We agree to perform spray coating services as outlined in the accepted quotation. Any

additional work requested will be subject to a separate quote and agreement.

2. Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site and ensure that the work area is clear of obstructions, including furniture, plant pots, and personal items, prior to

our arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 5% per month.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a

cancellation fee of £200. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability and must be

requested at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Workmanship & Warranty

All work is carried out to a high professional standard. We offer a 1 year warranty on

materials and workmanship for standard usage conditions. Warranty may be void if

aftercare instructions are not followed.

6. Liability 

While every effort is made to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to items

not removed or adequately protected by the client unless negligence can be clearly

demonstrated.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, illness, or material shortages.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the quotation and proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
