Firstly we remove old silicone or apply new trim to the windows. We then mask anything that isn’t being sprayed to ensure that the glass and walls or anything else nearby are protected from overspray.
We then remove all opening sashes on windows, and/or all door furniture to ensure a factory finish over the full surfaces. Then we clean and key the surfaces ready for painting.
Now we mix our specialist 2K paint and ready our equipment. Now we are ready to blow out any dust and debris and start the spraying.

We apply 3 coats of paint to the removed sashes first and then move on to the rest of the frames. This gives the sashes more time to dry before we handle them for the refit.
We then do a quality check before de-masking the openings and sashes. The sashes are then re-fitted and the rest of the masking is removed.
Once dry enough we will apply a new colour-matched sealant if we haven’t replaced the trim.
After 1-2 hours the windows can be closed and used as normal.

Now that your windows are looking restyled and brand new, we want you to keep them that way as long as possible.
We recommend allowing 7 days curing time for the paint before having a window cleaner out or doing them yourself.
After this time, your window cleaner can use the pure water systems for the glass and it is ideal for the uPVC frames too. Solvent cleaning products must be avoided – most Eco-friendly waterborne detergents are fine.
When regularly maintained, the coating on your uPVC has an expected lifespan of 12-15 years!

Firstly we mask anything that isn’t being sprayed. This ensures that the glass, walls and anything else nearby is protected from overspray.
We remove all the door furniture (handles, knockers) to ensure a factory finish over the full surface. Then it’s time to prep, clean and key the surfaces ready for painting.
Now we like to finalise the masking, creating a booth in the doorway from the inside to ensure the whole area inside the property is 100% free from overspray.

We apply 3 coats of paint to the door ensuring maximum protection and a long-lasting finish.
We then do a quality check before allowing minimum 1 hour to dry. After this time we are able to de-mask and re-fit the door furniture.
Once dry, we recommend you leave doors ajar for another hour to allow sufficient curing in order to avoid marking the door on the frame. The process takes 2-3 hours in total.

Now your door is looking brand new, its worth keeping it that way! Allow 7 days for full curing of the coating before cleaning your door.
Solvent cleaning products must be avoided – most Eco-friendly waterborne detergents are perfectly fine. If ever in doubt, a mild soap mixed in warm water is ideal.
When regularly maintained, the coating on your composite door has an expected lifespan of 12-15 years!
