Firstly, we remove old silicone or apply new trim to the uPVC windows. We then mask anything that isn’t being sprayed to ensure that the glass and walls, or anything else nearby, are protected from overspray.
Next, we remove all opening sashes on the windows and/or all door furniture to ensure a factory finish over the full surfaces. Then, we clean and key the surfaces, preparing them for our paint spraying services.
Now, we mix our specialist 2K paint and ready our equipment. This step is crucial for our commercial spraying process. Finally, we blow out any dust and debris, and we’re set to begin the spraying.

We apply 3 coats of paint to the removed sashes first, utilizing our commercial spraying expertise, and then move on to the rest of the uPVC window frames. This allows the sashes more time to dry before we handle them for the refit.
Next, we perform a quality check before de-masking the openings and sashes. The sashes are then re-fitted, and the remaining masking is removed.
Once dry enough, we will apply a new colour-matched sealant if we haven’t replaced the trim.
After 1-2 hours, thanks to our paint spraying services, the windows can be closed and used as normal.

Now that your uPVC windows have been restyled and look brand new, we want you to keep them that way for as long as possible. We recommend allowing a 7-day curing time for the paint before hiring a window cleaner or doing it yourself. After this period, your window cleaner can use pure water systems on the glass, which are also ideal for uPVC frames. It's important to avoid solvent cleaning products—most eco-friendly waterborne detergents are perfectly fine. With regular maintenance, the coating on your uPVC windows can last an expected 12-15 years, especially when enhanced through professional commercial spraying or paint spraying services.
